Construction Project Manager (70K-120K) (SDG-51189)

- Collaborate closely with internal and external parties (e.g. consultants, vendors, suppliers)
- Oversee the progress from pre-construction to post-construction and ensure the delivered outcome to meet the standard under the timeliness expected
- Plan and report about related matters (e.g. budget, timeline, progress, evaluation, delivering projects and etc.)
- Other related tasks
Necessary Skill / Experience
- Thai nationality , Male/Female, age 38-45 years old
- Bachelor’s degree or Master degree in Civil Engineer, Architecture, and/or other related degrees
- More than 5 years working experience in Project/Construction Management of high-rise to low-rise building projects
- Knowledge of AutoCAD, MS Office
- Good command of written and verbal English (to report to overseas management team)
