Duties & Responsibilities:

• Responsible for planning and organizing all production activities
• Assessing project and resources requirements
• Estimating, negotiating and agreeing budgets and timescales with clients and managers
• Determining quality control standards and overseeing production processes
• Selecting, ordering and purchasing materials & organizing the repair and routine maintenance of production equipment
• Supervising the work of junior staff
• Other tasks as assigned by MD

Qualification:

Desired skills & experiences:

Minimum Requirements

• Thai nationality, Male/Female , Age 30 - 40
• Bachelor's degree in Food Science or any related field
• At least 5 - 7 years of experience in Production Management
• Experience in Food Manufacturing Industry
• Willing to work in Navanakorn Factory

Preferred Qualifications:

• Proactive, dynamic, well organized, people person
• Work experience in Japan or Japanese Companies
• Japanese speaker

Languages skills:

• English: Business level

Workplace Area: Navanakorn Industrial Estate/Pathum Thani

Working Hour: 9.00 - 18.00 (Monday – Friday)

Salary: 55,000 - 65,000 THB
