Duties & Responsibilities:
• Responsible for overall operation of E-Commerce
• In charge of the management of web ads, IT development and maintenance, inquiry support, back end operation, analysis and promotion planning as well as logistics
• Providing support to the team regarding SNS operation
• Cooperate with the team members regarding the EC Projects
• Manage and monitor the performance of the operation officers
• Providing advice on the management of projects to the team members and organizing the various professional people working on a project
• Negotiating with vendors to meet the desired KPIs
• Carrying out risk assessment and ensuring that all the aims of the project are met
• Other tasks as assigned
Qualification:
Desired skills & experiences:
Minimum Requirements
• Thai nationality, Male/Female, Age 27 - 40
• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing/E-commerce or any related field
• 3-10 years’ experience in E-Commerce Operation Management
• Good command of English
• Challenging and willing to learn new things
Preferred Qualifications:
• Japanese speaker (Business Level)
• Strong leadership and negotiation skills
• Work experience with Japanese companies
Languages skills:
• English: Business level
Workplace Area: Asoke
Working Hour: MON – FRI 8:45 – 17.45
