- Set a roadmap of HR strategies to match the company's mission and vision.
- Performance Management System development
- Compensation & benefits annual budgeting
- Company rules Do and Don't
- Prepare and follow up the Performance appraisal to achieve a high-Performance Team
- Conduct salary benchmarking
- Report results to the Management Team
- Other tasks assigned
<Necessary Skill / Experience>
- Thai nationality, Male, Female, age 25 - 35 years old
- Bachelor's degree
- Bachelor degree in human resources Management, political science or related fields.
- At least 3 years of experience in HR (HRM, HROD, HR STRATEGY)
- Have English language skills at a conversational Level
- knowledge of organizational development
- knowledge in labour laws
- have a good attitude and ability to communicate
- Able to use Microsoft office (Excel, Word<, PPT)
<Preferable Skill / Experience>
- have experience with the same company size and Able to stand alone
