Accounting Task (60%)
*The company uses the out sourcing company
- Book purchase voucher (Inventory, service and expenses) from vendor
- AP & AR
- Stock and cost
- Check and prepare report for Input and Output Vat
- Check and record unbilled invoices
- Check bank statement for Confirm received money from customer
- Prepare receipt for receive cheque or receive money by transfer on our account
- Check and prepare report for prepaid withholding tax, social insurance, value-added tax
- Manage the process and the documents for expenses claim
- Communicate with accounting firm to prepare for audit and tax declaration
- Other tasks as assigned
GA Task (20%)
- Book driver and car
- Book flight tickets, hotels
- Prepare office supplies
- Prepare necessary documents related to VISA/WP/90 days report
- Other tasks as assigned
Sales Support Task (20%)
- Collect necessary quotations or PO etc. from clients and suppliers
- Manage the Stock of products samples
- Manage the promotions tools for sales activity
- Other tasks as assigned
<Necessary Skill / Experience >
- Thai nationality, Female, age 25 - 40 years old
- Bachelor's degree
- At least 3 years experience in accounting tasks in any industry
- Conversational high level of English
- Person who is flexible to job descriptions
- Person who is detail-oriented and pay attention to the details
- Person who can join immediately
<Preferable Skill / Experience >
- Working experience in Japanese company
- Experience in VISA/WP process
Language Skill
English level : Conversational
Japanese level : None

Working Hour: 9:00-18:00(Mon - Fri)
