• Handle and control company facility in back office
• Handle Visa and work- permit works
• Check and manage attendance of employee
• Handle social insurance process and private insurance of employee worker
• Responsible for payroll with the worker in a factory
• Handle evaluation process by coordinate with manager and set evaluation interview with Management
• Other works as assign by Manager
Necessary Skill / Experience
• Age 27-40 years • Female or male • Bachelor’s Degree • At least 3 years Admin & HR in manufacturing company • Have willingness to live and work Kabinburi in long time • Conversational middle level of English • Not job hopper (At least 3 years working experience in same company) • Working in Big Japanese company more than 500people is preferable.
Languages skills
• English : Conversational • Japanese : None
Workplace Area: Kabinburi Working Hour: 8:00-17:00(Mon-Fri, Saturday is 1-2 times depends on company calendar per month)
