Department : Trade Marketing (under Customer Development /Sales)
Location:  Klongtoey, Bangkok, Thailand  (not connect to BTS/MRT) / Parking Lots Free of charge for Employees /WFH every Friday
 Role & Responsibilities:
 1. PROMOTION BUDGET MANAGEMENT (Strategic alignment)
 ● Lead Revenue Growth Management (RGM) strategy into action
○ Identify & align Strategic direction with "Priority cells" with cross functions (Regional Sales Manager/ CDT - Finance)
○ Allocate Promotion spending by Sub category by Channel accordingly
○ Set the measurement/ align KPIs for Priority cells
 ● Manage the Investment strategy on Price & Promotion
○ Monthly analyze external forces and implication;
○ Market/ Category/ Channel/ Competitor (size/ growth/ trend) 
○ Deliver P&P scorecard and recommended action on Promotion spending
○ Volume on promo/ SPI/ ROI/ Market share"
○ Make the suggestion on where to invest (subcategory & channel)
○ Make the suggestion on appropriate type of investment (Promo vs A&P)
 2. PROMOTION GUIDELINE (Strategic into action)
 ● ROI by channel/ category
○ Pre and Post evaluation of themes promotion
○ Reduce no. of small/ non performed promotion
○ Suggestion on promotion optimization using Red/Yellow/Green boxes (stop,reinvest,accelerate)
 ● Promotion Guideline
○ Develop guideline/ recommend the mechanic for theme promotion
○ Develop guideline/ TPR rate for price promotion
○ Develop the recommended combo (PnP study)
○ Develop the ""Golden rule"" as part of guideline
○ Bandwidth/ hybrid pack/ overlay regulation
 ● Theme promotion ○ Evaluate category theme (impact to category)
○ Suggest step promotion / mechanic
 3. RSP SETTING
 ● Price Structure for NPD
○ RSP setting for NPDs/ Price structure
○ Develop the RSP setting process/ template/ tools (RSP/Price per g)
○ Post evaluation on RSP (3 mths)
 ●  RSP Adjustments
○ Market review by sub category/channel
○ Update price structure TM% by channel, shelf price tracking
 4. TRACKING
 ● Monthly Tracking KPIs;
○ Partner insight/CDT to deliver automated monthly tracking
○ Promotion Intensity index/ SPI/Mkt share
○ Partner with FN/RGM to deliver automated performance tracking;
○ NS/ Promo spending/ASP
 ● Pricing analytic
○ Provide business requirement for price analytic tool
○ Coordinate the data integration "Sale-in & Off-take"
○ Turn the insight from Price analytic into Promo guideline
○ Suggest "Cannibalization" impact
 5. ENABLER & TOOLS
 ● Pricing analytic
○ Provide business requirement for price analytic tool
○ Coordinate the data integration "Sale-in & Off-take"
○ Turn the insight from Price analytic into Promo guideline
○ Suggest "Cannibalization" impact
 ● Visualization tool (Explore Power BI, Tableau)
○ Indicative daily tracking
