They are currently hiring a Data Centre Technician (IC3 Level) to support their data centre operations and infrastructure projects in Thailand.
Project Details:
Period: 01 July – 31 December 2025 (6 months)
Entity: Oracle Corporation (Thailand) Company Limited
Work Type: Full-time, shift-based (24/7/365 with on-call roster)
Location: Work location may be in Pathum Thani or Samut Prakan, depending on project requirements
Role Summary:
This role acts as the technical liaison between the data centre environment and Oracle's technology teams. You will handle hardware support, server installations, troubleshooting, and infrastructure optimization within a high-performance and process-driven environment.

- Participate in the installation, monitoring, maintenance, support, and optimization of all production server hardware, and software.
- Provides escalated 2nd level technical support for complex technical issues which may include leading problem management cases and providing management status.
- Manages escalated support cases and leads appropriate internal technical resources and/or 3rd party vendors to resolution.
- Assist with server operating system and application upgrades, bug fixes, and patching
- Perform replacements of failed components such as hard drives/ DIMMs etc.
- Troubleshoot and resolve network connectivity issues
- Replace AOC, QSFP, MPO, and Cat6 cables.
- Troubleshoot basic switch issues and replace switches
- Working on standardization projects for both hardware and software under the Oracle technology stack; while providing consistent system uptime as expected in an IaaS environment.
