
Key Responsibilities:
1. HORECA Sales Strategy & Market Expansion
• Develop and manage sales strategies for HORECA clients (Hotels, Restaurants, Cafés, wedding planners)
• Focus on expanding the market for pastry products, particularly French-style croissants and macarons
• Analyze trends and identify opportunities for growth in the premium bakery segment
2. Team Management & Client Relations
• Supervise and support the sales team with strategic direction
• Personally manage key accounts including 4–5 star hotels, premium restaurants, and cafés
• Foster long-term client relationships and understand specific needs by segment
3. Sales Analysis & Strategic Reporting
• Track sales performance by product and customer segment
• Evaluate promotional campaign effectiveness and report to management
• Collaborate with marketing team on B2B campaigns and industry events or exhibitions
