
• To provide professional service to support user for application-related problems.
• Day to day technical and operation support, analyze issue and solve problems.
• Troubleshoot and implement solutions for issue resolution.
• Working closely with user and relevant team members.
• Testing application enhancement and co-ordinate with user testing.
• Perform issues tracking and follow up.
Qualification :
• Bachelor’s degree or higher in Computer Science, Information Technology, Computer Engineering or Software Engineering.
• At least 2-year work experience in software development and support.
• Good skill in SQL command.
• Good analytical skill and problem-solving skill.
• Good interpersonal, communication skill, and service minded.
• Ability to deal with Internal team from all levels ranging from senior management to officer and supplier to deliver service.
• Good command of written and spoken English.
• Experience in Stock Trading, Financial, Asset Management and Securities business would be advantage.
