"• Develop social media content strategies and content to reach various business objectives, inclusive of both brand-driving and sales-driving initiatives
• Set and measure to monthly social media goals
• Collaborate internally with PR, content traffic and analytics teams to build holistic content programs
• Research and identify influencers that can help meet brand's goals (bloggers, Instagrammers, YouTubers and emerging tastemakers) and develop new forward-thinking content tests
• Organize and simplify existing editorial calendars and processes to streamline and scale our social media work, inclusive of creating/updating master databases and storing data
• Manage in-house content team and agency for better coordination and execution, as well as performance review and negotiation
• Project manage content programs, including developing timelines and managing the legal, financial and administrative needs
• Analyze data, write concise metrics recaps and report on the success of our social media channels and content
