
Duties & Responsibilities
• Effectively negotiate and manage optimization of Brand's offline/online media buys
• Serve as a market expert, providing insights to marketplace conditions and opportunities in TV, OOH, radio and digital
• Continuously test new media buying strategies and learn from both successes and failures, along with share those insights with other teams
• Manage market budgets and media owner deliverables (i.e. post logs including GRPs, audience impressions, spot times, etc.)
• Compile and analyze relevant metrics and KPIs on an ongoing basis in order to optimize media plans, assess media alternatives and make informed decisions
• Manage media agency for better coordination and execution, as well as performance review and negotiation
Qualification
• Proven media buying experience
• Experience with emerging media platforms preferred
• Strong analytical skill set - proven ability to derive TV optimization insights from data
• Good interpersonal skills to develop and maintain relationships with media owners
• Well organized, detail oriented and dedicated
• Passionate about media, along with the brand building and direct response capabilities it possesses when best utilized
