Education and Experience:
• Bachelor’s degree or Master’s degree in Computer Engineering, Computer Science, Network Engineering, Information Technology, or a related field.
• 0–3 years of experience in IT support or infrastructure role, including internships or co-op programs.
• Relevant certifications such as CompTIA A+, Network+, or Microsoft Certified: Azure Fundamentals are a plus.
• Coursework or foundational knowledge in networking, server administration, and IT operations is desirable.
• Hands-on experience with basic troubleshooting of hardware, software, and network issues.
• Exposure to operating systems (e.g., Windows, Linux) and basic networking concepts.
• Familiarity with infrastructure monitoring tools or IT ticketing systems is preferred.
