• Ensuring the safety and quality of inbound raw materials and finished products.
• Verification, monitoring, and validation programs, ensuring that all processes comply with Global Quality and Food Safety standards, while helping to achieve business objectives.
• Lead Verification and Validation Programs Manage CCP/OPRP verification and validation protocols, ensuring compliance with HACCP and Food Safety standards across all technologies on site.
• Quality & Safety Monitoring Oversee inbound control programs (MQM, PQM) and FG verification programs, proposing corrective actions for deviations.
• Data Analysis and Reporting Lead trend analysis from verification data and present action proposals to teams. Provide insights for regular quality reviews.
• Incident Management Support product-related incident management and make recommendations on product disposition related to verification results.
• Process Improvement Collaborate with teams to ensure continuous improvement of the QMP system, auditing processes, and implementing corrective actions.
• Lead Hold & Release Process Ensure the efficient management of Hold and Release processes, improving product release and tracking incidents or issues.
