หน้าที่และความรับผิดชอบ• Manage and supervise General Affairs operations, including:
- Security personnel (Guards)
- Housekeeping team (Cleaners & Maintenance Staff)
- Building & facility management
- Company vehicle management
• Plan, manage, and control the annual GA budget efficiently
• Oversee all administrative documentation and general office support tasks
• Coordinate with both internal departments and external service providers to ensure GA operations run smoothly
• Monitor and evaluate subcontractor performance to ensure compliance with company standards
• Participate and support external & internal audit processes related to:
- Social Compliance
- Scan systems (company-standard inspection/control systems)
- Quality Management (e.g., ISO standards)
• Provide initial legal insight on GA-related matters, such as labor law, building regulations, contractor agreements, and facility management compliance
คุณสมบัติ• Bachelor’s degree or higher in a related field
• Minimum 5 years of direct experience in General Affairs, with at least 2 years in a supervisory or managerial role
• Strong understanding of audit processes: Social, Scan, and Quality systems
• Proven leadership and team management skills
• Strong skills in budgeting, planning, and resource allocation
• Basic knowledge of relevant laws and regulations related to facilities, labor, and contractor management
• Ability to solve problems under pressure with good judgment and quick decision-making
• Detail-oriented, organized, and strong communication skills
• Proficient in Microsoft Office applications
