- Oversee daily operations of the sales department, providing guidance and support to sales representatives, and ensuring the implementation of effective sales strategies that align with our company's objectives.
- Finding new customers and take care of old customers. Advising customers on the company's services to achieve sales targets and create customer satisfaction.
- Identify and target potential customer to generate new business opportunities.
- Explore market situation and competitors then advise customer for the best way to save cost.
- Develop and implement sales strategies and tactics to achieve sales targets.
- Conduct market research and competitor analysis to identify market trends and customer needs.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with new and existing customers.
- Understand customer requirements and provide appropriate product or service recommendations.
- Conduct product presentations and demonstrations to prospective customers.
- Prepare and deliver persuasive sales pitches and proposals.
- Make change and advise new products to customer.
- Discussion terms and conditions, pricing, and contractual agreements with customers.
- Follow up with customer to ensure customer satisfaction.
- Close sales deals with concern team target and company condition.
- Able to decide to solve the internal problem or issue by themselves.
- Able to decide to solve the customer problem with provide the best solution.
- Japanese Native
- Bachelor's degree or Master degree in marketing, logistics or other related fields.
- At least 3 years of experience in sales or marketing in Logistics field.
- Must have an experience in FWD or management over 5 years in international forwarding business.
- Excellence in English (Toeic score 650 up).
- Having a communication, computer skills.
- Can be Working outside and car license.
