- Co-ordinate and maintain existing business applications (ERP and Non-ERP), project-related systems, and new information systems including development, support, and training within the Unit for business and corporate users for both proprietary and in-house systems.
- Analyze user and business needs for information and systems and develop, modify, or acquire software to suit requirements.
- Project manage specialized systems development by external providers to meet user needs and maintain corporate IT compatibility.
- Provide methods and procedures to ensure data and system integrity is maintained.
- Analyzing business requirements, designing, developing, implementing, coordinating, and maintaining Business Applications (ERP and Non-ERP) and the entire implementation
- Maintain corporate IT compatibility in daily operations to work normally and more efficiently.
- Improve Business Application Systems (ERP and Non-ERP) to support users and make operations work better.
- Ensure IT compliance with corporate governance and best practices.
- Integration of systems on different platforms
- Keep pace with technological change.
- Build and maintain a strong knowledge of digital solutions and technologies and educate and inform users of new offerings or opportunities.
- Perform other tasks as assigned.
- Experience in CRM, Utilities Metering systems, and Billing systems in Power and Utility Business would be an advantage.
- Experience in ERP and SAP SD or ISU modules would be an advantage.
