Responsibilities:
Responsible for product sales activities to achieve committed targets. The key accountability includes customer visits, product development/quality development to serve customer’s needs, acting as a payment and delivery coordinator, costing and pricing, providing market trends and insights to customers. Manager customer’s complaints and coordinate with relevant departments to solve the issues
1. Build customer relationships and acquire more potential customers to seize opportunities in all construction foundation business segments.
2. Research and analyse market information of responsible products to prepare market trends and sales plans.
3. Establishes new accounts and services accounts by identifying potential customers and planning and organizing sales call schedule.
4. Drive the pre-sales, sales and after sales process with customers.
5. Prepare an appropriate business model for customers.
6. Be involved in the analysis and negotiation of contract term, planning, pricing with customers
7. Participate in analytics and negotiate contract terms, plan and set prices with customers and other necessary contract documents or requested by the customer
8.Maintain existing customer relationship.
