หน้าที่และความรับผิดชอบ

1.Strategy and Organizational Structure:

Develop a deep understanding of the company’s business development strategies and organizational status.
Coordinate with business leaders to improve and maintain the organization’s job structure (Job Grading/Leveling), and provide HR support for organizational development.

2.Talent Management:

Responsible for promotion reviews and performance evaluations.
Manage workforce planning (Talent Mapping) and succession planning to identify and retain key talents.
Provide guidance and support for organizational restructuring and team development.

3.Communication and Coordination:

Collaborate effectively with the HR departments of group companies to ensure smooth HR operations.

4.HR Operations Support:

Support and participate in activities and projects related to human resource management.

คุณสมบัติ

1. Bachelor’s degree or higher in any field.

2. Minimum of 3 years of relevant HR experience.

3. Strong business knowledge and a deep understanding of the value of human resources management.

4. For Chinese applicants: Able to use Thai or English as the main working language.

5. For Thai applicants: Must be fluent in Thai and either Chinese or English (listening, speaking, reading, and writing).
**Candidates who have Logistic and Express working background will be given special consideration. **
