• Participate as a vital member of the project construction team, responsible for supporting project documentation, training documentation, and delivering documents to customers upon project completion.
• Collaborate with the Account Department to prepare payment request documents.
• Ensure that all technical documentation is processed to meet high-quality standards and adhere to target deadlines.
• Coordinate the procurement and maintenance of consumables required for office equipment and storage.
• Proactively act as a coordinator for printing, copying, and scanning tasks, ensuring timely and top-quality output to meet project requirements.
• Liaise with suppliers to procure supplies for the project site and office equipment.
• Arrange and prepare for internal and external meetings, including managing schedules and conferences for the entire team.
• Supervise equipment requisitions in the warehouse.
• Fulfill any additional duties as required.
