Job description:
Responsible for taking care of important customers within relevant industries in Thailand to ensure the sales target can be achieved. Implement and intensify sales activities to ensure the customer relationships are built up, developed, and maintained.

LISEGA’s products & field services. (Pipe support and Vibration control)
Key responsibilities:
• Implement customer-level-strategy and sales activities for assigned accounts with Manager.
• Develop individual customer plans and action items to gain market share in target accounts.
• Responsible for actively identifying, negotiating, and maximizing business opportunities.
• Manage the day-to-day activities of customers including providing quotations, ordering, and resolving complex customer issues.
• Generate a visit plan and conduct regular visits to customers to build rapport and attend to inquiries.
• Attend to product complaints and suggestions from customers.
• Share and impart technical knowledge, skills, and experience to customers by providing technical consultation.
• Gather and feedback market & competitors’ information to Manager and Marketing Team.
• Maintain all account information and planning through relevant tools.
