o Design utilization of facilities, equipment, materials including conducting tests and evaluates integrated
systems to manage industrial production processes and improves efficiency of production operations.
o Plans and designs new production processes. Produces details of specifications and outline designs
o Creates work instruction and tree diagram for support production
o Reviews production schedule, engineering specifications, orders
o Drafts and design layout of equipment, materials, and workspace to illustrate maximum efficiency using tools
o Time studies and work measurement for standard time update both of assembly process and injection parts
o Regulates and alters workflow schedules according to established manufacturing sequences and lead times to expedite production operations
o Monitors and improves manufacturing processes and ensure all products meet customer specification
o Analyzes problems to find out root cause and take actions within a time frame that maintains customer satisfaction.
o Reviews specification and/or requirement from Production, Quality Control, Sales, Marketing and or related parties and notify or contact them right away if any failure observed.
o Estimates production costs, cost saving methods, and the effects of product design changes on expenditures for management review, action, and control
o Confers with related parties and superiors regarding product and production specifications, manufacturing capabilities, or project status.
o Follows up and evaluates new project including making conclusion of the result
o Discusses and solves problems with manufacturing departments, sub-contractors, suppliers and customers;
o Records or oversees recording of information to ensure currency of engineering drawings and documentation of production problems
o Complete production reports and lists of material, tool, and equipment
o Coordinates and implement quality control objectives, activities, or procedures to resolve production problems, maximize product reliability, or minimize costs.
o Coordinates and/or leads for productivity improvement activity such as KAIZEN, 5S and/or others projects that implemented in the Company. o Evaluates precision and accuracy of production and testing equipment and engineering drawing to formulate corrective action plan. o ERP Database Administrator, to create, maintain, review and update.
