หน้าที่และความรับผิดชอบ

Managing the company's financial and accounting systems, inclusive strategic finance operations and risk management.
Overseeing accurate financial reporting, budget monitoring, on-time auditor reporting, recording transactions, monthly balance sheet reconciliations, and analyzing monthly financial statements with an eye towards process improvement to gain efficiencies and strengthen internal controls.
Provide leadership, direction, and management of the finance and accounting team.
Manage the processes of the company’s fiscal activities, including forecasting, budgets, and overseeing the preparation of all financial reporting for auditing and managerial reports for the management team.
Control and evaluate the company’s budgetting plans and capital structure as well as ensuring cash flow is appropriate for the company’s operations.
Identify and address financial risks and cost-effectiveness opportunities for the company.
Develop internal control activities as well as corrective actions to minimize risk to impact the company’s financial status and business sustainability.
Provide strategic financial recommendations and effective implementation to Management Team
Establish and develop relations with the management team, internal/external partners, and stakeholders (e.g., management, auditors, banks, etc.).
Advise long-term business and financial planning and tools to ensure sustainable growth.
Initiate digital transformation to financial and accounting activities to serve the company’s future growth.
Aware of Financial and Accounting trends, policy, legal, improvement, and development to ally with the company's business.

คุณสมบัติ

Proven experience as a CFO for at least 5 years and 15 years in financial related roles
BSc/BA in Accounting, Finance or relevant field; MSc/MBA is a plus
Understand Thailand’s financial regulatory standards and compliance
Possess an analytical mind and experienced in Excel
Fluent in both English and Thai
Excellent understanding of advanced accounting, regulatory issues, corporate financial law and risk management
CPA / CPD is an advantaged
