Key Responsibilities
1. Microsoft 365 & Kaspersky Administration
• Administer and manage Microsoft 365 services, including creating, modifying, and deleting user accounts and assigning appropriate access rights.
• Oversee Kaspersky Endpoint Security operations, including user account management, policy configuration, and security status monitoring.
2. Network & Infrastructure
• Maintain and administer network devices such as FortiGate Firewall, Mikrotik Router, and Cisco Switch. Tasks include VLAN configuration, server NAT setup, port forwarding, VPN setup, and basic routing troubleshooting.
• Manage file sharing systems on NAS (e.g., Synology), including user permissions, backup setup, and data restoration.
• Register and configure IP Phones to ensure full operational readiness.
• Operate and manage server platforms such as VMware, ESXi, vCenter, Proxmox, and VEEAM, including power control, data deletion, backup, and recovery.
• Provide technical consultation and support regarding network and server systems to the programming team.
• Administer Domain Name and DNS configurations, including domain creation, removal, and editing.
• Coordinate with INET for management, modification, or troubleshooting of IaaS and production servers hosted in a co-location environment.
3. IT Operations & Support
• Provide IT support and maintenance for over 180 PCs and notebooks across six branches.
• Serve as the primary point of contact for troubleshooting hardware, software, and network-related issues.
• Plan and manage the annual IT budget and oversee procurement and asset control of IT equipment.
4. Backup & Business Continuity
• Administer data backup and disaster recovery systems using VEEAM and Synology to ensure data integrity and business continuity in case of emergencies.
