• Provide HR data to serve operations performance, annual operating plan, budgeting, performance improvement projects and other business decision making of Management team e.g. manhour management, productivity programs, employee statistics, data analysis, internal/external audit, etc.
• Prepare recommendation regarding employee related cost, direct labour and contractor’s cost and/or related expense which impact to business performance.
• Coordinate with Head Office and act as Location Systems Administrator of all HRIS related programs (e.g. Employee Data, Payroll, Time Management System and Online leave application) and assist in ad hoc C&B related projects and reports.
• Perform all C&B operations and related transactions but not limited to payroll, employee cost allocation, salaries tax, medical insurance, and benefit administration to ensure all compliance and internal control perspectives.
• Support and provide employee related information for C&B benchmarking at all level covering local industrial estate, country or PepsiCo company-wide survey.
