- Create a construction plan as follow PD and PM instructions.
- Breakdown master schedule into monthly, 3-weeks or weekly schedule.
- Understand the sequence of construction work and create method statements based on PD or PM instructions.
- Obtain quotations from contractors based on the design and material specifications, compare prices, and present them to the PD and PM.
- Prepare documentation for material and shop drawings approvals, and create Q&A for client inquiries.
- Take meeting minutes efficiently during meetings.
- Prepare monthly progress payment documentation to request payment from the client.
- Compile and prepare material lists for finishing works, and update the procurement status on a weekly basis for PD and PM.
- Coordinate effectively with contractors and team members.
- Prepare weekly progress reports, update the actual S-curve, and present them to the client, PD, and PM.
- Bachelor's degree in Civil engineering or other related field
- At least 3 years experience in construction site
- Has computer skills, including MS Project, MS Office (Especially MS Excel), Auto Cad, Revit, MS Project
- Good command in English
- Able to work in construction in the suburban area / able to relocate
- Able to work under pressure and able to coordinate with colleagues
- Annual Check Up
