- Develop, implement, and monitor the company’s sustainability strategies, ensuring alignment with global and local standards and long-term business goals.
- Take full P&L ownership of sustainability-related business units, projects, or solutions—ensuring financial performance, cost efficiency, and revenue growth.
- Identify new sustainability business opportunities, partnerships, and services to drive commercial value and market expansion.
- Lead initiatives across carbon reduction, resource efficiency, circular economy, and social impact.
- Analyze sustainability trends, regulatory changes, and emerging technologies to guide strategic decision-making.
- Oversee ESG reporting, ensuring accuracy, transparency, and compliance with international frameworks (e.g., GRI, TVER, CFO, etc.).
- Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders—executive leadership, business partners, community organizations, and regulators.
- Drive awareness and engagement through training, internal campaigns, and sustainability-focused programs.
- Prepare and present sustainability business performance / updates to supervisor.
- Bachelor’s degree in Sustainability, Environmental Science, Business, Engineering, or related field; Master’s degree preferred.
- 7–10 years of experience in sustainability, ESG, business development, or strategic management roles.
- Demonstrated experience managing P&L, business planning, or commercial strategy.
- Strong knowledge of sustainability frameworks, carbon accounting, regulatory trends, and ESG standards.
- Verifier registration/qualification (upon request) for respective business scope.
- Proven project leadership, stakeholder management, and cross-functional collaboration skills.
- Excellent analytical, financial, communication, and presentation abilities.
- Passionate about sustainability with a strong business mindset.
