About the role
ORO (Thailand) Co., Ltd. is a fast-growing digital agency based in Thong Lo, Bangkok. We are seeking an experienced and strategic Business Development Manager to support the agency’s long-term growth by developing high-quality client partnerships and identifying sustainable business opportunities.
This role focuses on strategic business expansion and relationship development, rather than commission-driven sales. Success is measured by contribution to the agency’s overall revenue growth and long-term client partnerships, not individual sales quotas. You will work closely with senior management and delivery teams to shape client engagement strategies and drive meaningful, long-term growth for the agency.
What you’ll be doing
- Identify and develop new business opportunities aligned with the agency’s strategic direction
- Build and nurture long-term relationships with key decision-makers and stakeholders
- Lead client engagement from initial discussions through proposal development and onboarding
- Prepare and deliver professional presentations and proposals that reflect the agency’s capabilities and value
- Collaborate closely with internal teams to ensure smooth project onboarding and long-term client satisfaction
- Monitor market trends, competitor activity, and industry developments to identify growth opportunities
- Contribute to business planning, service positioning, and go-to-market strategies
- Contribute to achieving company-wide growth and revenue targets through strategic business development efforts
- Monitor, analyze, and report on business performance metrics using Excel and other tools
- Prepare regular business reports and forecasts to support strategic decision-making
