Lead, coach, and develop a team of 20+ HR professionals, ensuring effective support for all branches and alignment with business priorities.
-Compensation & Benefits:
Design and manage competitive total rewards programs, ensuring alignment with industry standards and compliance with labor regulations.
-Talent Acquisition & Employer Branding:
Oversee recruitment strategies to attract and retain top talent, particularly in operations roles. Strengthen employer brand visibility in key markets.
-People & Culture:
Champion initiatives that support employee engagement, retention, and career development. Oversee onboarding, leadership training, and succession planning.
-Employee Relations & Performance Management:
Promote a positive and compliant work environment by managing performance frameworks, addressing grievances, and enforcing fair workplace policies.
-HR Compliance & Risk Management:
Ensure compliance with local and international labor laws and internal policies through regular audits, training, and process reviews.
-Workforce Planning & Analytics:
Leverage HR data to inform decision-making, improve workforce productivity, and support strategic planning.
