Job Description:
As a Digital and Performance Marketer, you will be responsible for planning, executing, and optimizing online marketing campaigns across multiple platforms. You will work closely with the sales, branding, and product development teams to ensure marketing strategies align with business goals and target audiences—especially in key international markets.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and manage performance marketing campaigns across Google Ads, Facebook/Meta, LinkedIn, and other relevant platforms
- Plan and optimize lead generation strategies for B2B and B2C audiences (e.g., importers, distributors, or retailers overseas)
- Monitor, analyze, and report on campaign performance (CTR, CPC, CPA, ROAS, etc.) and make recommendations for improvement
- Collaborate with creative and content teams to develop marketing materials that drive conversions
- Conduct A/B testing and audience segmentation to improve ad efficiency
- Optimize landing pages and user journeys for better conversion rates
- Track digital KPIs and marketing funnel metrics, providing actionable insights to the management team
