Job Summary:
The Front Desk Coordinator is responsible for ensuring smooth day-to-day operations of the office by managing administrative tasks, maintaining office systems, and overseeing outsourced services. This role also serves as the first point of contact for guests and team members, ensuring a professional and welcoming atmosphere.
Front Desk:
• Welcome and greet all internal and external guests professionally and courteously.
• Act as the first point of contact, handling inquiries efficiently and ensuring effective communication within the team.
• Ensure the office is tidy, organized, and provides a welcoming atmosphere for staff and visitors.
•Employee Support & Activities:
• Support Human Resource activities, such as coordinating staff birthday celebrations, seasonal events, and Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR) initiatives.
• Assist in special employee provisions, such as providing snacks and drinks for staff.
General Support:
• Contribute to team efforts by accomplishing additional tasks as required.
• Assist in maintaining an efficient communication flow across teams.
