Job Purpose 
The Dynamics 365 Sales Manager is responsible for driving new sales opportunities and account growth across Microsoft Dynamics 365 ERP and CRM solutions (Finance & Operations, Business Central, Sales, Customer Service, and Power Platform). The role will focus on developing pipeline, managing deal cycles, coordinating with pre-sales and delivery teams, and ensuring customer success through value-driven solution selling. 
Key Responsibilities 
Sales Execution 
- Meet or exceed assigned sales quotas for Dynamics 365 solutions. 
- Manage the entire sales cycle from lead qualification to closure. 
- Develop solution proposals, RFP responses, and presentations with the pre-sales team. 
- Maintain accurate pipeline forecasting and CRM records. 
Business Development 
- Identify and target new customers across strategic industries (manufacturing, retail, services, distribution, etc.). 
- Leverage Microsoft ecosystem and partner network for co-sell opportunities. 
- Cross-sell and up-sell additional Microsoft cloud services (Power Platform, Azure, Copilot, AI). 
- Build strong relationships with decision-makers and key influencers at all levels. 
Collaboration & Enablement 
- Work with solution architects, consultants, and delivery teams to craft winning strategies. 
- Support marketing campaigns, events, and webinars to generate pipeline. 
- Provide structured feedback from the field to improve sales messaging and solution offerings. 
Account Management 
- Maintain relationships with existing clients to drive renewals and expansions. 
- Ensure high customer satisfaction and reference ability for delivered projects. 
- Proactively identify new use cases and expansion opportunities within accounts. 
Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) 
- Annual sales quota attainment. 
- Number of new customer wins and account expansions. 
- Pipeline coverage (3x quota) and forecast accuracy. 
- Microsoft co-sell revenue contribution. 
- Customer satisfaction (CSAT/NPS) and referenceable clients.
