
- Male/Female age 30-40 years old
- Bachelor's degree or higher in Human Resource Management, Business Administration or any related field.
- At least 5 year-experience in HR role in manufacturing.
- Good knowledge and strong understanding of Business plus program.
- Have the ability to manage priorities and meet deadlines.
- Has strong labor law knowledge.
- Good team player, work hard under pressure and problem-solving skills.
- Good attitude, service mind, able to work well under pressure and able to work many jobs at a limit time.
- Able to start immediately would be advantage.
