- Install and configure software and hardware
- Manage network servers and technology tools
- Microsoft Office365 reciepents management
- Microsoft Office365 client troubleshooting skills
- Active directory object management
- Set up accounts and workstations
- Acquire Licenses & maintain work licenses
- Monitor performance and maintain systems according to requirements
- Troubleshoot issues and outages
- Ensure security through access controls, backups and firewalls
- Update patches & Antivirus
- Upgrade systems with new releases and models
- Develop expertise to train staff on new technologies
- Liaising with vendors and keeping relevant stakeholders up to date with developments
- Support CCTV system, access control system and RFID system
Robotic Process Automation
- Design, develop, and implement Robotic Process Automation (RPA) software system to meet end-to-end requirement
- Complete RPA process configuration and objects using workflow principles
- Coordinate data improvement team and data collection (user)
