We are looking for a highly organized and proactive Operations Coordinator to support the COO in overseeing and enhancing operational efficiency across the organization. This role is pivotal in ensuring seamless cross-departmental collaboration, effective project management, and strategic support aligned with the company’s goals.
Key Responsibilities:
Support Operational Leadership
- Assist the COO in developing and executing operational strategies aligned with company objectives.
- Oversee daily business operations to ensure efficiency and adherence to performance standards.
- Help define and monitor Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) across departments.
- Prepare performance reports and analyze data to support process improvement.
- Summarize and present essential data for the COO’s review.
Cross-Department Collaboration
- Act as a communication bridge between the COO and department heads.
- Collaborate with key teams including programming, finance, HR, marketing, and operations to align goals and initiatives.
Project and Process Management
- Coordinate and monitor company-wide projects, ensuring they are completed on time and in alignment with company objectives.
- Track the progress of projects under the COO’s supervision.
- Create detailed project timelines and coordinate cross-functional teams.
- Standardize and improve operational procedures across all departments.
Strategic Support
- Assist the COO in preparing data-driven proposals for strategic planning.
- Conduct market research and analyze operational trends to support long-term decision-making.
Administrative and General Management
- Organize and prepare for meetings, including drafting agendas and recording key minutes.
- Oversee the preparation and delivery of key documents and reports to support executive-level decisions.
