The Academy Manager will lead the development and execution of transformative learning programs that directly impact business growth, leadership development, and employee performance. Also will be responsible for architecting a scalable, agile learning ecosystem that nurtures top talent, accelerates capability-building, and fosters a culture of continuous improvement.
Responsibilities:
Learning Strategy & Leadership
- Design and execute a learning and development strategy that aligns with business goals, performance metrics, and future capability needs.
- Translate business priorities into learning roadmaps for functional teams, leaders, and emerging talent.
- Champion a high-performance learning culture across the organization.
Program Architecture & Execution
- Build modular, data-driven learning pathways for onboarding, technical mastery, leadership, and soft skill development.
- Integrate blended learning methodologies (on-demand, cohort-based, instructor-led, experiential).
- Partner with SMEs and business leaders to co-develop role-specific learning interventions.
Performance-Driven Learning
- Define learning KPIs and establish robust frameworks to measure training effectiveness, ROI, and behavioral outcomes.
- Use data insights to continuously refine learning programs and identify high-impact development opportunities.
Digital Learning & Innovation
- Lead the deployment and optimization of modern LMS / LXP platforms to scale personalized, just-in-time learning.
- Evaluate and implement new tools (AI-based coaching, microlearning platforms, gamification) to elevate the learner experience.
Stakeholder Engagement
- Collaborate with C-suite, and team leads to diagnose skill gaps and align development priorities.
- Serve as a thought partner in talent strategy, succession planning, and performance enablement.
Team & Vendor Management
- Lead a high-performing team of facilitators, instructional designers, and learning partners.
- Manage third-party vendors and global content providers to ensure quality, cost-effectiveness, and strategic alignment.
