We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Talent Acquisition Specialist to join our team. You will work closely with hiring managers to develop recruiting strategies and ensure a seamless hiring process, from sourcing candidates to onboarding new hires.
Responsibilities :
1. Recruitment Strategy Development:
- Collaborate with hiring managers to understand hiring needs and role requirements.
- Develop and implement effective sourcing and recruitment strategies.
- Stay updated on industry trends and best practices to attract high-caliber talent.
2. Candidate Sourcing:
- Utilize various channels such as job boards, social media, professional networks, and employee referrals to source qualified candidates.
- Proactively build and maintain a talent pipeline for critical and recurring roles.
3. Screening and Assessment:
- Review resumes and applications to identify qualified candidates.
- Conduct initial phone screenings and evaluate candidate fit based on skills, experience, and cultural alignment.
- Schedule and coordinate interviews with hiring teams and provide feedback to candidates.
4. Talent Pipeline Development:
- Build and maintain a pipeline of potential candidates for future hiring needs.
5. Employer Branding:
- Represent the company positively and professionally to candidates.
- Work on employer branding initiatives to enhance the company's reputation as an employer of choice.
6. Onboarding:
- Facilitate the onboarding process to ensure a smooth transition for new hires.
- Collaborate with all parties to ensure the integration of new employees into the team.
7. Data Management and Reporting:
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records in the applicant tracking system (ATS).
- Generate recruitment metrics and reports to track hiring performance and identify areas for improvement.
8. Compliance:
- Ensure recruitment processes align with company policies and legal requirements.
- Promote diversity, inclusion, and other policy or culture related in hiring practices.
