- Fully support & solve the problem for sales & marketing team
- Handling customers and agents’ inquiries.
- Developing and monitoring performance, managing sales tracking tools, and compiling reports.
- Managing customer accounts, following up with customers for administrative purposes.
- Performing data entry tasks for sales figures other relevant information and accessible filing system.
- Handling administrative duties for the company and management teams.
- Bachelor's Degree.
- Good communication skills in English(TOEIC score 600 or higher)& Mandarin Chinese is a plus.
- Minimum 1 year of work experience in sales & digital marketing in the aviation/tourism/travel industry.
- Experience in GDS systems with Reservation & Ticketing background.
- Good command of writing and speaking English while Chinese is an advantage.
- Strong functional in digital marketing sales, team working andf customer service mind & skills.
- Thai citizens only
