หน้าที่และความรับผิดชอบ

Manage and lead HR, GA, and Facility teams.
Act as a communication link between local management and Japanese Director.
Provide support and coordination with the manufacturing site.
Work closely with the management team on organizational management.

คุณสมบัติ

1.Male or female, aged between 40 to 50 years or above

2.Bachelor’s degree or higher in any field

3.Over 10 years of management-level experience in HR, GA, and facility control within a manufacturing environment

4.Excellent communication skills in English or Japanese

5.Strong organizational skills with the ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously

6.Flexible, self-motivated, and able to work independently
