Marketing Executive provides administrative and operational support to CMO to directs the efforts of the marketing, communications, data analysis and ensure smooth execution of campaigns and projects.

Responsibilities:
- Report directly to the CMO, executing marketing tasks and strategic directives as assigned.
- Manage Key Opinion Leader (KOL) contracts, track performance against KPIs, and report outcomes to the CMO.
- Liaise with agency teams to ensure alignment with the CMO’s marketing plan and directives.
- Enforce brand guidelines across all marketing efforts, checking compliance, reporting issues, and communicating with relevant teams for corrections.
- Identify new marketing opportunities for collaborations and campaigns to enhance brand visibility and engagement.
- Monitor agency teams to ensure posting requirements are met, reported effectively, analyzed, and optimized for maximum impact.
- Oversee online ad campaigns managed by agency teams, ensuring effective reporting, analysis, and optimization to meet performance goals.
- Help organise and maange events to ensure smooth operations, coordinating with the content creator team to produce high-quality content for marketing channels.
- Analyze market trends and competitor activities to provide actionable insights for the CMO and marketing team.
- Support the development of localized marketing strategies for new studio openings to align with regional audience preferences.
