Manage and direct retail strategic and GTM plans to achieve the business goals and sales target.
Analyze retail sales data, current issues, business movement, identify new opportunities, and propose strategic plans to support goals and revenue growth.
Track and control business budget and expenses to meet the business objectives.
Ensure excellent in-store Customer Experience and Activity management to reach SPVi and Apple’s standard KPIs.
Participate, coordinate, and roll out Apple and SPVi activities at Apple branded store
Project Management of Innovation projects at Apple branded store
Participate in key meetings related to Apple branded store
Ensure the store staff' performance to meet with SPVi's business and policies.
Supervise and coach subordinates to have a better understanding of the business and perform proficiently.
Work closely with sales and operations teams to ensure daily operations and sales targets are achieved at requirements.
Work closely with the Marketing and Product Management team to delivery perfect business performance.

Bachelor’s degree in Business and related fields
Minimum of 5 years of proven experience in managing retail channels, sales teams, or operation teams.
Strong analytical, planning, and problem-solving skills
Excellent understanding of business acumen, which includes financial metrics, costings, budgeting, sales and marketing principles.
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, including speaking and written English proficiency.
Service minded, Self-motivated, and Self-started with a strong "can do" mindset.
Willing to travel upcountry to stores and overseas seminars when required.
Strong leadership and motivational skills to lead and inspire a team of employees with an ability to foster a positive and collaborative work environment.

Ability to work under pressure and strict guidelines.
