Candidate will be the first point of contact to customers and represents the image of the company. Candidate needs to be able to speak Thai and English. Candidates with 1-3 years of work experience / fresh graduates from related majors are welcomed.
Outstanding candidates are expected to be fast track for promoted to senior executive or junior managerial roles after 1 year.
• Respond to customer inquiries via Line, Facebook Messenger, and other online platforms
• Answer phone calls from customers and provide information about products and services
• Coordinate with the sales team to prepare quotations and follow up on orders
• Manage sales documents such as quotations, invoices, and tax invoices
• Record customer information and track order status
• Research and build a new customer database through online channels, phone calls, and in-person visits
• Plan and schedule appointments with customers to present the company’s products and services

1. Candidate will be sent for Solar and work-related training course.
2. Candidate will have the support of solar installation experienced advisors.
