หน้าที่และความรับผิดชอบ

·Handle full-set import and export operations, including document preparation, customs declaration, HS code classification, duty/tax verification, and shipment coordination.

·Ensure compliance with relevant local and international customs regulations, trade laws, and company policies.

·Liaise closely with customs officers, internal departments to ensure smooth cargo handling.

·Monitor and track all shipments, resolve customs or clearance issues, and provide timely updates to the management team.

·Maintain accurate records of all import/export documents, customs filings, and audit materials.

·Review and optimize internal processes to improve efficiency and reduce operational risks.

·Prepare import/export cost reports and support management in cost control.

·Assist in customs audits, compliance checks, and risk assessments as needed.

คุณสมบัติ

·Possess a valid Customs Specialist License will be preferred.

·Minimum 5 years of experience in import/export operations, customs clearance, or international logistics.

·Strong understanding of customs laws, HS coding, FTA rules, duties & taxation, and import/export documentation.

·Proficient in using logistics systems（NETBAY), customs systems, and MS Office (Excel, Word).

·Good communication and coordination skills, with the ability to work under pressure.

·Strong problem-solving ability and attention to detail.

·Ability to communicate in English (spoken and written); additional languages are a plus.
