- Design automation machines, fixtures and related parts based on conceptual, and requirements provided by the customer using “Inventor”
- Design detailed parts drawing and build BOM for fabrication and assembly
- Follow up on the schedule for the designed machines, fixtures and related parts with in-house production department, machines vendors and parts suppliers
- Complete all assigned tasks as delegated by the Head of Operations/Project Manager within the schedule given
- Maintain design project schedule by monitoring design progress, coordinate activities, and resolve foreseeable problems
- Control design project plan by reviewing specifications, plan, schedule changes and recommend changes when needed
- Work closely with production team to recommend and resolve design issues during fabrication stage
- Assists in equipment assembly, setup, troubleshooting and customer support
- Prepare Machine Operation Manual and documentation
- To Coordinate as Project coordinator with customers
- Able to work On-Site Customers
- Degree in Mechanical/Mechatronics Engineering or above
- At least 1-2 years’ experience in Food Factory Automatic System (pick and place, conveyor, sensors, etc.)
- Experience in Industrial Automation Machine Design, jigs and fixtures
- Proficient in 3D CAD software (“Inventor” preferred)
- Project management capability is preferred
- Familiar with manufacturing process and materials
- Visit customer’s site/factory when required for discussion and product/parts measurement
- Meet with customer to establish requirements for new or existing product/system design
- International work travelling may be required
- Work location: BanBueng, NongYai, Chonburi,
- Able to travel for overseas business & training
