- Oversee branch sales performance and ensure targets are met
- Develop and execute area sales strategies
- Supervise branch managers and sales teams
- Monitor performance, costs, and operations quality
- Visit branches regularly and ensure service standards
- Location: Bangkok and Upcountry
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering
- 3+ years in multi-branch or B2C retail management
- Strong leadership, planning, and decision-making skills
- Flexible to travel within assigned areas
