หน้าที่และความรับผิดชอบ

Efficiently manage and resolve ticket buyers' inquiries and issues through various communication channels, including the call center, instant messaging platforms, and email correspondence.
Oversee and execute all responsibilities pertaining to comprehensive Customer Support operations.
Proactively facilitate event organizers' successful utilization of the service platform.
Address and respond to event organizers' needs and inquiries with comprehensive knowledge of the service offerings.
Strategically coordinate with external vendors to fulfill specific event requirements as defined by event organizers.
Supervise on-site personnel to ensure the seamless and effective operation of the system during events.

คุณสมบัติ

Minimum of 1 Year of proven experience in customer support or related client-facing roles.
Preference for female candidates.
Bachelor's degree or equivalent academic qualification in Management, Communication, Hospitality, or a closely related discipline.
Exceptional proficiency in reading, writing, and speaking both Thai and English.
Demonstrated excellence in real-time problem analysis and resolution.
Possesses a strong service-oriented mindset, prioritizing client satisfaction.
Highly organized and detail-oriented with a meticulous approach to task management.
Demonstrates a strong drive and enthusiasm to see projects through from initiation to successful completion.
Proven ability to effectively manage time and prioritize tasks to meet deadlines and optimize productivity.
Capable of performing effectively under pressure and collaborating successfully with individuals from diverse backgrounds.
Willingness and flexibility to travel and undertake assignments independently or as part of a team.
Availability to work on weekends and public holidays, with compensatory time-off provided.
