Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree or higher in Marketing, Communications, Business Administration, digital or a related field.
- Minimum of 5 - 8 years of experience in digital marketing, with at least 2 years in a leadership or managerial role.
- Proven track record in developing and executing successful social media and digital advertising campaigns, preferably in retail market or related industries.
- Strong knowledge of social media platforms (Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, X, TikTok, YouTube) and their advertising capabilities.
- Proficiency in digital analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics, Meta Business Suite, Google Ads Manager).
- Familiarity with key performance metrics (CPL, CPM, CPA, ROAS) and the ability to interpret data to drive decision-making.
- Strong understanding of digital storytelling, creative development, and content strategy.
- Ability to work closely with creative teams to deliver compelling and effective marketing materials.
