The Role:
The Sales Manager for is supporting in driving sales initiatives, executing sales strategies, and achieving sales targets specifically within the traditional trade market. This role requires a candidate with a strong background in sales management, exceptional leadership, and customer relationships within the traditional trade in Thailand. The ideal candidate will collaborate closely with the team and other departments to drive growth and revenue in the traditional trade market segment.
Key Responsibilities:
• Collaborate with the Sales Director to develop and execute strategic sales plans aimed at meeting or exceeding sales targets and revenue objectives.
• Lead and motivate the sales team to achieve excellence in performance, accountability, and continuous improvement in sales efforts.
• Cultivate and expand customer relationships within the waffle bakery industry, understanding their specific requirements and offering tailored solutions to meet their needs.
• Work closely with the Marketing and Product Development departments to align sales strategies with overall business objectives, contribute to product development initiatives, and identify new market opportunities.
• Analyze sales performance data, market trends, and customer feedback within the company product to refine sales strategies and tactics accordingly.
• Prepare and present regular sales reports to the executive team, providing detailed analysis and actionable insights to drive decision-making.
• Manage the sales budget allocated for the waffle bakery industry, ensuring optimal resource allocation to maximize ROI.
• Negotiate contracts with key clients and partners, securing favorable terms that contribute to long-term business growth.
• Represent the company at industry events, trade shows, and conferences to network with potential clients and stay abreast of industry developments.
