Business: Insurance
- Design, collect, and analyze customer satisfaction surveys and specific-purpose market research surveys.
- Analyze business needs and operational workflows to identify inefficiencies, gather requirements, and propose practical solutions aligned with system and production constraints.
- Monitor project progress, ensure adherence to Agile/Scrum methodology, and support continuous improvement initiatives.
- Bachelor’s degree in Industrial Engineering, Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related technical field.
- Minimum of 1 year experience in either business analysis, process engineering, system analysis, or related IT/operations roles.
- Strong problem-solving and critical-thinking abilities, with a process-oriented mindset.
- Able to communicate in English
- Experience in Banking or Insurance business will be advance.
