หน้าที่และความรับผิดชอบ

Budget Management: Develop, implement, and monitor budget proposals, ensuring alignment with financial goals
Accounting System Improvements: Revise and enhance accounting policies, internal controls
Financial Reporting: Prepare and present financial statements, tax reports, and securities exchange filings.
Closing of Accounts: Establish and execute month-end and year-end closing procedures, including profit distribution planning.
Fixed Asset Management: Oversee the acquisition, disposal, and depreciation of tangible and intangible fixed assets.
Receivables and Payables Management: Supervise sales proceeds, receivables, payables, and debt management.
Tax Compliance: Ensure accurate preparation and timely submission of tax returns, depreciation reports, and payment records.
Audit & Compliance: Coordinate and participate in tax audits and inspections, ensuring compliance with financial regulations.

คุณสมบัติ

Education: Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field (CPA or MBA preferred).
Age not over 45 years
Experience: Minimum 10 years of experience in accounting, financial management
Good command of English and Japanese is a plus
Strong leadership and team management abilities.
Excellent financial analysis, reporting, and budgeting skills.
In-depth knowledge of tax regulations and compliance requirements.
Proficiency in accounting software, ERP systems, and Microsoft Office Suite.
